PR MASTERY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out below apply to your joining of the PR Mastery Membership offered by Nicola J Rowley PR (NJRPR). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Nicola J. Rowley PR (“I”, “me” or “my”) provide services to you, as a subscriber to the PR Mastery Membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.
PR Mastery Membership
The PR Mastery Membership provides helpful tips, techniques, and activities to assist you in establishing how PR can help your business to grow. There is a minimum sign up term of three months, and if you wish to cancel, you need to let me know in writing a month beforehand via: nicola@njrpr.com
PR Mastery Membership Specifics
After joining the PR Mastery Membership, you will receive a welcome email directing you to join a Facebook group, which is exclusive to members. You will also be given access to your online members area (your username and password will be the email you have used to sign up with). In the membership area, which will contain the recordings of any live sessions or workbooks, including my 15-page PDF PR Playbook, which will guide you through the process of establishing your ideal client and drafting your story in a way which will appeal to the media.
The Playbook is an individual download for you to complete entirely at your own speed. For best results I recommend that you undertake each task separately and allow for a short period of reflection in between so that you can consider all of the different elements and layers of your experience which you want to build into your story.
Throughout this membership I cannot provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to complete the self-study materials and trainings provided will limit your ability to obtain success and will significantly limit any results. The PR Mastery Membership is not bespoke, to any specific industry and includes information and guidance suitable for both those who are at the early stages of their business or new to obtaining PR coverage as well as those who are looking to top up their media contacts.
In joining the PR Mastery Membership, you acknowledge that it is part of an ongoing process and it will be your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught to your personal circumstances. I make no guarantees or claims as to success of any member. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the membership and the opportunities afforded to them, is unique to them. The aim is that through being a member of the PR Mastery Membership you will have new information, strategies, techniques, and contacts and will have found a new direction towards obtaining PR for your business.
Payment Terms
You can currently join the PR Mastery Membership for £49 a month (for a minimum three-month term) or for 12 months at a discounted rate of £350. All purchases are final (Please see below for details about refunds).
Support
Following successfully joining the PR Mastery Membership you will be sent an email with a link to the private members Facebook group. Should you require any technical support in respect of joining, I am happy to help you to get up and running. Please email nicola@njrpr.com My working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm and I aim to respond to you within a few hours if you contact me during those hours.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will not share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your name and email address but will never be provided with your financial information.
Refunds and Cancellation
As you are joining an online membership, it is agreed that you will give one month’s notice if you wish to leave for any reason. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you are not entitled to a refund apart from in limited circumstances. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact me on nicola@njrpr.com
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with access to the membership area of the PR Mastery Membership from the start date of 21st September 2020. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with any materials provided, remain with me, Nicola J Rowley. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for payment, for free or as part of an exchange of services.
Feedback and Complaints
If you have any feedback about the PR Mastery Membership, please do share it with me. It’ always great to receive words of praise and it’s also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love being a member, but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made in writing to the following email address: nicola@njrpr.com
General
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the PR Mastery Membership as it is delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the membership.
